As a growth-focused and innovation-driven company, Client is seeking a highly skilled Accounts and Finance Head/Manager to oversee and optimize its financial operations at the Delhi location.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Financial Management:
    • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
    • Provide financial insights to support decision-making processes at the senior management level.
  • Accounts and Finalization:
    • Lead end-to-end financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
    • Finalize accounts, prepare balance sheets, and manage profit and loss statements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Prepare and monitor budgets.
    • Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions to align with financial goals.
  • Taxation and Compliance:
    • Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance processes.
    • Ensure timely filing of returns and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Audits:
    • Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
    • Ensure accurate documentation and resolution of audit queries.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and mentor the finance and accounts team.
    • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Preferred Industry Experience:
    • Background in the project or infrastructure sector is an added advantage.

Key Requirements:


  • Educational Qualifications:
    • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6+ years of post-qualification experience 
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax laws, and accounting standards.
    • Hands-on experience with financial tools and ERP systems.
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in the project or infrastructure sectors will be preferred.
