Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Finalization: Lead and oversee the finalization of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
Audit Coordination:
Work closely with internal and statutory auditors.
Manage audit schedules and address queries promptly.
Ensure adherence to audit standards and timely completion of reports.
Compliance: Maintain and monitor compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders to address audit findings and implement recommendations.
Project/Infra Company Experience (Preferred): Bring insights from experience in project or infrastructure industries to streamline processes.
Key Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-7 years of post-qualification experience OR
CA Inter with 10+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Technical Expertise: Proven ability to handle accounts finalization and coordinate with auditors.
Industry Preference: Experience in project-based or infrastructure companies is highly desirable.
