Freelance Accounts and Finance Trainer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Accounts and Finance Trainer to conduct professional training sessions for individuals and corporate clients. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical training on various aspects of accounting, finance, and related software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs on Accounting, Financial Management, Taxation, Auditing, and related topics.
• Provide hands-on training on Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, MS Excel (Advanced), and other financial tools (as applicable).
• Conduct both online and offline training sessions as per client requirements.
• Customize training content based on the skill level and learning objectives of participants.
• Use case studies, real-life financial scenarios, and interactive teaching methods to enhance learning.
• Assess participants' understanding through quizzes, assignments, and feedback sessions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in finance and accounting.
• Provide post-training support and guidance to learners.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, CA, CMA, CFA, MBA-Finance), or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of industry or teaching experience in accounts and finance.
• Strong knowledge of Indian and International Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS).
• Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, taxation, and auditing.
• Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, SAP FICO, Advanced Excel, and other accounting software is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners through interactive teaching methods.
• Prior experience in corporate training or online coaching is a plus.

Job Type:

• Freelance & Part-time
• Work Mode: Remote

Compensation:

• Competitive pay per session/hour, based on experience and expertise.
• It will be purely based on the number of students enrolled and the amount will be decided accordingly.

Please note that the candidate may also need to promote the course in their own network since its a Startup.
