Accounting Automation Specialist, Finance Team:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of the latest automation tools and a solid understanding of finance and accounting functions. This role requires a person who can work effectively within the accounting team to build automation solutions that enhance process efficiency
About the Role:
Develop and implement automation solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Tools, Alteryx, Python, AI tools, and other relevant applications.
Collaborate with various teams within the accounting function to identify automation needs and help designappropriate solutions.
Timely execution and completion of the identified automation opportunities.
Provide technical support and training to accounting team members on the use and benefits of automation tools.
Ensure that all automation solutions are tested thoroughly and comply with industry standards and best practices.
About You:
Strong knowledge of the latest automation tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Power Tools, Alteryx, Python, and AI tools.
Good understanding of accounting functions and processes.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand business needs and build appropriate automation solutions.
Strong commitment to quality work and continuous improvement.
Great team player with flexible working hours and style.
Proficiency in AI-related technologies and tools, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
Qualification:
Experience working in a finance environment or with financial processes.
Proven track record of successful automation projects.
Good communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
Commitment to high-quality work and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Flexibility in working hours and style to meet project demands.
