ABOUT GSS HYDERABAD


Center was inaugurated in 2015 and today host 500+ employees across Finance, Supply Chain, HR Sourcing, IT and Cybersecurity domain. This is the largest shared services site amongst the 4 global GSS sites.


ROLE                          :           Accounting Assistant IV


REPORTS TO            :           Assistant Manager/Manager, Finance, India


BASE LOCATION      :           Hyderabad


PURPOSE            :     


The incumbent will Perform sample audits of invoices each day for audit and compliance perspective, responsible for process documentation and accountable for quality metrics.


PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES         : 
             


  • Daily quality check of invoices/credits processed by operations/processing team.
  • Reporting the issues to manager which are identified as part of quality check.
  • Preparing and circulating quality report to the teams each day.
  • Corrective action and preventive action.
  • Identifying the process gaps and opportunities.
  • Updating process documentation in timely intervals or versions whenever a change in the process.

QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES:      
 


EDUCATION:  Bachelor’s Degree (Any Specialization) / MBA (Any Specialization)


EXPERIENCE: 


Wellversed in AP upstream and downstream processes. 6-8 years hands-on experience in AP quality activities. Experience in working with internal & external auditors on audit requirements.
