Job Description:We are hiring on behalf of our client, a Singapore-based consulting firm with an outsourcing unit in India, for the position of Accountant. This is a Work from Home (WFH) opportunity ideal for candidates with prior experience in the outsourcing industry and working remotely. The selected candidate will receive structured training in Singapore accounting and will independently handle a portfolio of Singapore-based clients.Working Hours : 7.30 am to 4.30 pm (Monday to Friday) / 7.30 am to 11.30 pm (Saturday)Responsibilities:Independently manage a portfolio of Singapore-based clients, handling full sets of management accounts, consolidation packages, and financial statements.Perform routine bookkeeping, payroll processing, and GST compliance.Assist clients in preparing monthly, quarterly, or annual management accounts.Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns for clients.Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), ACRA, MOM, CPF, and relevant tax regulations.Communicate remotely with the team via daily live video check-ins using Google Meet.Manage workload effectively under stress and handle overtime to meet deadlines.Organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision.Key Highlights:Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹32,000 per month.Work Mode: Fully remote (WFH) with daily live video check-ins.Training: Structured training in Singapore accounting provided.Industry Experience: Prior experience in the outsourcing industry is mandatory.Remote Work: Candidates must have prior experience working from home.Communication Skills: Fluency in English is essential.Indian GST Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian GST regulations is required.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as an Outsourcing Accountant.Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, ACRA, MOM, CPF, and applicable tax rules (preferred).Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Key Skills:Proficiency in accounting and payroll software.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.High attention to detail and accuracy in work.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.If you meet the above criteria and are eager to grow your career in a dynamic and challenging role, please apply today!
