Travel & Expense, Card Program Analyst (Accountant)
Position Summary
Candidate will be a valued team member of the Global Expense & Card Administration Team. The candidate will provide support to VISA’s Global Employee Card Administration and Centralized Expense Team. The team member will aid with card programs, working with the team to provide superior customer service to the end users, while enforcing cardholder compliance with the Global Travel and Expense Policies. The team member will also assist with auditing and reviewing expense transactions. This roll may also be utilized to assist with other administration duties as required.
Responsibilities:
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience working directly with high volume of transactions to review.
• 3-7 yrs of expereicne handling accounts payable(T&E and Corporate card program)
• Experience working with all levels of the organization with proven ability to interface and communicate well with all leadership levels.
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities.
• Team player with a strong client service orientation.
• Proven ability to take initiative and exercise sound business judgment.
• Proficient in SAP Concur Expense, and Corporate Card Banking systems.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication ability
• Able to multi-task, learn, problem solve, prioritize, set and attain goals, hold others accountable and work independently.
• Solid business management and handling of confidential information
• Experience communicating in global environments with multiple financial currencies.
• Fluent in English.
