Responsible for daily accounting office management and for all store monetary efforts
Utilized multiple systems with varying inputs to track and manage store Sales and Expense
Immediately researched and resolved accounting variance issues
Balanced funds, detailed documentation, and retained records for all financial transactions
Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Give support to customer billing procedures.
Distribute the Store P&L’s to General Managers each month
Identify and analyze additional needs and opportunities
Assisting with coordination of the annual plan and forecasting process for the retail lending business Qualification Bachelor’s degree specializing in accounting RETAIL accounting Experience preferred Candiadtes from Aluva location get more preference.
