The Opportunity:
Account Manager - Inside Sales is accountable and responsible for Sales and collections from the distributors/territories in the Middle East & Africa through telecalls to achieve targeted sales by selling Rankem and JT Baker Laboratory chemicals.
What we're looking for:
Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry)
Experience: 4 - 5 years of Inside Sales Experience, preferably in Chemical Industry
Preferred Skill: · Excellent verbal and written communications skills · Strong listening and presentation skills · Articulate · Sounds good on phone · Customer focus, relationship building · Achievement Orientation · Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM · Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effective
How you'll thrive an create an impact:
1. Achieve budgeted sales at targeted prices and execute the same through existing distributors in the assigned territory.
2. Follow up with distributors, monitoring movement of stock, taking of fresh order and collection
3. Coordinate for smooth execution of order and complaint resolution to enhance customer retention
4. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Build pipeline and close deal.
5. Maintain database of within assigned territory.
6. Understand customer needs and requirement.
