Present Site Operations -Accountant


(a). improve the overall efficiency of funds management and to avoid delays inaccording to sanctions for expenditure


Books of Accounts To follow and ensure that the prescribed procedure ofinternal checksand controlsof bookkeeping, and maintenanceof accountsrecordsarefollowed.


a) Toensurethatthecompliance relevant statutory provisions of various Acts I.e. Income Tax, PF, ESIC is made by Vendors.


(b). To ensure thatstatutory paymentsaremadeon timefor TDS, GST, etc.


c) Followup with the vendors for statuary compliances and provide information for the statuary liabilities.


d) To deduct the TDS and deposit on the relevant bills receivedin the accountsasper provided, GST &TDSfillings, Tax computationsasper incometaxAct


Purchase &Approval Committeewill compriseof minimum of 3 members.


a). Purchase &Approval Committeewill compriseof minimum of 3 members.


(a). Finance & Accountsb). TechnicalDept (c). PropertyManager d). Secretary/President/Treasurerfor FinalApproval.


(b). Purchase orders would be issued and signed by the relevant authoritativepersonnel. A copy of the signed PO should be provided to Finance & Accounts.


It ismandatory that at least three price quotations shall be taken before placing anyorder and a comparative sheet should be prepared by Property Manager.


The POwould be consulted with Finance Manager before signing to review the statutorycompliances, legal terms and conditions etc.


c) The lowest quotation wouldgenerally be approved from the management, unless otherwise approved bySecretary/President/Treasurer.


(a). Before signing the cheque from the competent authority, the Manager (F&A)shall ensure the following: a) There is adequate balance in the account. b) Bankaccountisupdated and reconciled daily. c) All therelevantdocumentshavebeencompleted. d) Post-dated cheques shall be avoided and can only be issued afterobtaining written approval of the competent authority.


(b). To do timely checking and approval of Purchase, Cash & Journal vouchers &preparethelistasto the deficienciesfoundduring thischecking and to gettheserectified. b) Approval of cash payment as per the approved limit.


(a). To prepare the financial statements on a monthly / quarterly basis cashflow &funds flow statements, Income & Expenditure, utility Bills,Revenue share,Reconciliationstatements. Fixed Assets, CarpsFD &intereststatements,Outstanding’s


  • Procession Vendor Payments,
  • Preparing PO’s
  • Cheques Handling.
  • Proactive liaison with local municipal authorities.
  • Interacting with local Municipal officers regards to property tac etc.
  • Preparing income and Expenses.

Education and experience


Any Bachelor’s degree.  you’ll need Ten years plus experience in Residential (OR) Property Management. A working knowledge of any major vertical in Accounts will also be very helpful. 


An eye for detail


You’ll have an eye for detail and an ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information – and translate this into strategic deliverables. 


Great organisational skills


You’ll have great time management and organisational skills, and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and adapting to your team’s or client’s changing requirements.
