Software Engineer (DevOps and Cloud) About the Position
We are seeking a talented and passionate Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a member of our world-class software development group, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products. This position focuses on DevOps practices, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies.
Required Skills
 

• Education: B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Hands-On Experience: You have worked with world-class software development teams and contributed to multiple releases.
• DevOps and Kubernetes: Strong experience in software development, DevOps methodologies, and Kubernetes.
• Helm Charts and Deployment: Proficiency in creating Helm charts and deploying applications using Argocd/Argo workflows.
• Cloud Expertise: Familiarity with at least one public cloud platform such as AWS or GCP.
• SaaS Environment: Experience hosting production SaaS environments on public cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Container Deployment and Orchestration: Expertise in container deployment and orchestration technologies, including service discovery, monitoring, scheduling, and load balancing.
• Modern Software Architecture: Proficiency in modern software architecture principles, including CI/CD, Microservices, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Microservice Development: Hands-on experience developing microservices using Java or Go.
• Automation Tools: Familiarity with automation tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Solution Understanding: Understanding of key areas such as Distributed Computing, Networking, Storage, and Virtualization.
• Customer Interaction: Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
   

Preferred Skills

• Algorithmic and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using algorithms.
• Large-Scale IaaS Systems: Experience automating, orchestrating, and managing large-scale IaaS systems is a plus.
