Position Summary and Location
Create high-quality 3D assets for simulations and real-time applications. Responsible for producing 3D models, concept art, product visualizations, and layout artworks based on concepts and technical specifications. Ensure that all assets are optimized for real-time applications while maintaining corporate identity guidelines and adhering to established style guides. Work independently with limited supervision while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Duties and Responsibilities
¿Research and gather relevant project information to understand delivery requirements and client specifications.
¿Follow storyboards that depict the script and narrative, ensuring alignment with project goals.
¿Participate in planning, production, cost control, scheduling, reviews, and risk assessments.
¿Create sketches, artworks, and illustrations as needed.
¿Develop optimized 3D models of environments, products, and props with attention to detail using Blender.
¿Convert STEP files into Unity-compatible models using automated tools and manual methods in Blender to reduce complexity and triangle count.
¿Create accurate layouts in Unity based on technical drawings using low-poly assets.
¿Organize frequently used assets into a structured library for reuse.
¿Enhance scenes and models in Unity through texture mapping, bump mapping, and other techniques.
¿Create lighting in Unity to present products and layouts in an aesthetically appealing manner. Ensure assets appear as photorealistic as required.
¿Construct underwater scenes, including terrain manipulation and object placement.
¿Work independently while collaborating effectively with the team. Review work on junior modelers as required.
¿Implement feedback with a constructive approach.
¿Quickly adapt to new software, tools, and industry standards.
¿Demonstrate initiative in achieving individual and team objectives.
¿Maintain organized project documentation and records.
