About the Position:
Grade 5 : Order Management Specialist 3
Experience in O2C experience of minimum of 5-8 Years in relevant area or related processes.
Qualification : Graduate with supply chain experience.
Flexible with EMEA Shift and comfortable working in extended hours & weekend working during q-end closures or other business requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Good experience in SME function and project management related experience.
- Work with Global Quoting and Order Management operations with a team compromising of Sales Operation and Order management associates ,SMEs and Team Leads
- Creating and managing automation tools with SMEs to increase sales process efficiency
- Work on projects with the team that execute growth strategies of the category.
- Define, track, and improve key metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters for the category and present insights to make data-driven business decisions. Monitor and analyze processes to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams like Pricing ,Finance and Customer Services to align on business objectives and initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance overall sales operations.
- Drive projects & work internally and externally with the teams for project delivery
- Look after optimal functioning of related systems like SAP,SFDC, etc
- Strong engagement and partnership with theater stakeholders for quality service of existing business and implementation of global projects
Required experience and skillset :
• Graduate/Post Graduate with 5 + years of experience in the field of Sales Operations, Pricing, Order Management
• Experience in UAT or similar ERP Testing.
• Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations specialists, collaborating departments and upper management
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies
• Technology skills to utilize CRM and database software tools in daily tasks
Oracle/SAP and SFDC tool knowledge is an added advantage
