✓ Provide product support knowledge.
✓ Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our solutions.
✓ Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their technical challenges and propose effective solutions that address their business needs.
✓ Search for potential customers and generate leads.
✓ Act as a bridge between the sales, product development, and customer support teams, providing valuable feedback from the field to drive product enhancements and innovation.
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
✓ Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in a technical sales or similar role.
✓ Able to work under pressure to meet and exceed targets.
✓ Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
✓ Excellent time management skills with ability to work with deadlines.
✓ Ability to work in a self-motivated, independent, yet responsible way with a high degree of autonomy.
✓ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
✓ Client research skills using database or internet Knowledge.
✓ Regional market knowledge.
✓ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to design effective solutions for diverse client needs.
