THE ROLE
Support the delivery of budget and resource analysis and programming activities and/or provide support to Headquarters/Regional Bureau Dakar, collaborating with and guided by managers to apply best practice approaches for the efficient, effective and compliant utilization of funds.
This position is based in Bissau and reports to Partnerships Officer.

Education: Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, Economics or other relevant field or first university degree in the same fields with additional years of professional experience. Additional professional training in project management, statistical analysis and/or operational planning and management is desirable.
Language: Fluency (level C) in English language and Portuguese language. The French language is also desirable.
DESIRED EXPERIENCES, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
At least 3 years of post-graduate experience in resource management, project planning and implementation, financial management, auditing, and risk management, monitoring and reporting, development operations, or any relevant humanitarian field.
