Design, develop, and customize Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Desk, Analytics, etc.) to meet business requirements.
Build workflows, functions, and automation using Deluge scripting within Zoho platforms.
Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools (e.g., payment gateways, email marketing platforms, ERP systems) via APIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Maintain documentation for Zoho configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Train end-users on Zoho tools and provide ongoing technical support.
Stay updated with Zoho platform updates and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
1-3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho applications.
Proficiency in Deluge scripting for automation and customization.
Strong knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP) and middleware tools like Zapier or Zoho Flow.
Experience with relational databases and SQL.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end customization.
Certifications (Preferred):
Zoho Certified Developer or Zoho CRM Administrator.
