Pinerium is looking for a Zoho Business Development Associate (ZBDA) to help expand our reach in the Zoho solutions market. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals looking to build a career in business development, sales, and SaaS solutions.


As a Zoho Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement to drive sales for Zoho CRM, Zoho One, and other Zoho solutions. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to convert prospects into customers and contribute to business growth.


Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential clients for Zoho solutions.
  • Perform cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to generate leads.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demos with the sales team.
  • Understand client pain points and recommend Zoho solutions.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, sales presentations, and contracts.
  • Maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to increase sales opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors in the Zoho ecosystem.
  • Gather and report client feedback to improve Zoho product offerings.
  • Stay updated on Zoho’s latest features and industry trends.
  • Work closely with the Zoho Sales, Account Management, and Technical teams.
  • Update and maintain records in Zoho CRM for tracking leads and opportunities.
  • Contribute to refining the business development strategy for Zoho solutions.

Requirements0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or CRM solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to learn and explain Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, etc.).
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or SaaS platforms.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Bonus: Experience with Zoho tools, lead generation, or SaaS sales.
Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
