About the role: As our Workforce Management Lead, you'll be the strategic mind behind optimizing our team's potential Your expertise in forecasting, scheduling, tracking performance and staying ahead of industry regulations, will be instrumental in ensuring our organization is always equipped for success. + 2-3 years of experience in workforce management, forecasting, scheduling, or related analytical roles.
+ Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
+ Experience in developing and implementing workforce management strategies.
+ Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to scheduling and overtime.
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
+ Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve workforce-related challenges.
