•Developing and implementing the external visits plan and having it approved by the direct manager
•Receiving all customer requests and responding to their inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
•Preparing quotations for customers according to their requirements and pricing them in accordance with the company's policy and procedures and taking the direct manager's approval before sending them
•Creation of sales orders after customer approval of quotations and delivery to the direct manager
•Follow up the delivery of products to customers and ensure that customers are satisfied with the services provided to him
•Follow-up of customers' indebtedness with the financial department in accordance with the company's approved procedures
•Receive any customer complaints and work on resolving them with various departments
•Working on increasing the company's customer base continuously, knowing their needs and informing the direct manager of them
•Updating the company's client list continuously
