Lead and develop fully integrated customer / channel solutions based on channel and shopper insights while driving categories' strategic goals. Assumes accountability for the quality of in-store execution within channel. Contributes to the development of in store visibility guidelines, though providing Category Planning Manager (CPM) with channel input and opportunities and signs off all updates/changes in guidelines.Cascade In store visibility guidelines to field force and drive the sales organization towards flawless execution in-market leveraging; supervision tools, Auditing program, incentive program, ongoing training and at least 10 market visits /month.Accountable for driving the deployment POB display solutions within channel in line with set guidelines (outlet segmentation/threshold/location/planogram). Sets and cascades deployment targets (store/sales rep. level) to field Sales/Merchandizing teams and tracks actual deployment achievement vs. set targets.Participate in the demand planning process by providing relevant channel data and setting accurate channel forecasts. Owns target split among regions and sub-channels. Develop and ensure proper implementation of channel trade terms/customer contracts and loyalty programs. Develop all required tools and processes and ensure adherence e.g. Loyalty program participation forms signature, customer target setting process etc.Develop and update channel/customer driven activity calendar. Integrate category activities into channel calendar and ensure proper communication (monthly trade letter) and in-market implementation .Hold and manage monthly Channel Review Forum with the MD & field Sales Management to review Channel performance against distribution and in store execution KPIs and review previous month’s activities implementation.Manage Channel’s Customer Investment (CI)Budget.
