Web Developer

The Odoo Implementer will be responsible for leading the implementation of Odoo ERP solutions in our clients, in collaboration with third party and internal departments.

• Lead the implementation of Odoo ERP solutions, including requirements gathering, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
• Work closely with internal departments to understand their business processes and requirements, and translate them into Odoo solutions.
• Support and lead the Customization of Odoo modules with the third party to meet departments specific needs, including designing and implementing new modules, workflows, and reports.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Stay updated on the latest Odoo features, updates, and best practices.
• Any other responsibilities as may reasonably be required from time to time.

·Educational Requirements:

oA Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

·Experience Requirements:

oProven experience (3-5 years) as an Odoo Implementer or similar role, with a successful track record of implementing Odoo ERP solutions.

·Key Skills & Core Competencies :

oDeep understanding of Odoo's architecture, features, and modules.

oStrong knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies, including requirements gathering, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.

oProficiency in Python programming language (preferred).

oExcellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. 

• Odoo certification (preferred).
