Warehouses Manager

Supervision

• Organize and oversee the work of warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to policies.
  

Budgeting & Planning

• Contribute to budget preparation and provide cost projections for warehouse operations.
  

Policy Compliance

• Ensure adherence to approved policies, recommend improvements for better efficiency, and maintain high-quality, cost-effective services.
  

Daily Operations

• Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth execution of processes and compliance with set procedures.
  

Strategic Planning

• Develop strategies for warehouse management and optimize space, inventory, and resources.
  

Inventory Management

• Oversee material receiving, storage, handling, and inventory movement. Ensure accurate stock records and proper storage practices.
  

Quality Control & Safety

• Collaborate with the quality department for incoming goods inspections and ensure safety standards and environmental regulations are met.
  

Equipment & Maintenance

• Ensure proper functioning of warehouse handling and transport equipment and manage maintenance requirements.
  

Staff Development

• Plan and implement training programs to enhance the performance of warehouse personnel.
  

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet production and distribution needs.
  

Project Management (if applicable)

• Supervise projects to ensure they meet budget, timeline, and quality standards.
  

Reporting

• Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of warehouse reports.
  

Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations to safeguard employees and ensure quality operations.
  

• Any Bachelor's degree
  
• Min 15 years of experience
  
• Experience in SAP
  
• Excellent Communicator 
  
• Detail Oriented 
  
• Good Command of using English Language both spoken and written
