Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor.
What will you do:
Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities. Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity. Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials. Checking orders items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation. Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. Track expenses related to fuel, storage, and truck maintenance. Lead and supervise warehouse team, including assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and managing performance. Address and resolve any inquiries or complaints related to warehouse operations. Follow up on warehouse documents cycle and conduct unexpected physical count on it. Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate. Initiate Random inventory check, and match Physical stocks with ERP System reports, including the follow up with the stock control department.

Technical skills:
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Inventory Control and Management. Refrigeration and Temperature Control. Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in FMCG. Knowledge of warehouse software and MS Office proficiency.
Education
Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
