Description
· Responsible for the items under his custody and for the accuracy of their inventories and storage according to the unit of measurement (number, weight, volume, etc.).
· Responsible for implementing the procedures for receiving items and the inspection committee procedures for imports before addition.
· Accurately and correctly recording transactions on the inventory management program in a timely manner according to the approved signature model.
· Conducting daily inventory checks on items that had transactions the previous day and rearranging shelves and aisles.
· Responsible for organizing and inventorying the inspection area with receipt cards, updating the latest status – each warehouse as it pertains to it.
· Monitoring and supervising the cleaning process within the warehouse (racks, aisles, locations, description cards, etc.).
· Ensuring complete accuracy between the balances recorded on the item card, Excel, and the inventory management program.
· Immediately reporting to his direct manager any loss, damage, or breakage of the items in his custody.
· Implementing occupational safety and industrial security instructions to ensure the safety of workers and the preservation of warehouse contents.
· Placing each item in its designated location with the identification card and item card present for easy access.
· Preparing a daily report on warehouse movement (incoming/outgoing/transfers) within his scope of responsibility and conducting the actual inventory.
· Responsible for implementing the plans and executive programs related to the warehouses, ultimately aiming to achieve the institution's main objectives.
· Supervising workers and assistants during the processes of adding, issuing, arranging, and organizing inventory correctly according to storage instructions.
· Proposing improvement, corrective, and preventive actions to enhance work performance in his department.
· Carrying out all tasks requested by the warehouse manager and the head of the warehouse department within the scope of the warehouse management work.
· Submitting a monthly report to his direct manager, the warehouse manager, and the head of the warehouse department to state what plans have been achieved and what has been postponed, along with the reasons.
