Responsible of implementing warehouse operations according to the agreed procedures and provide best service to the clients considering the safety of inventory movement.
Responsibilities:
Prepare to receive the expected shipments/return orders and coordinate with the supplier the requested order/purchasing order shipping time and packing to ensure the delivery date.
Receive and inspect the incoming requested order/purchasing order delivering the good items to procurement after adding it on the system and pack the returned ones.
Make stocktaking periodically after warehouse operations to ensure the safety of inventory updating the locators with the dead items and follow up on periodic maintenance of warehouse.
Manage archiving of warehouse department documents.
prepare issuance requests with high accuracy according to warehouse policy
receive the expected shipments / return orders, according to standard process, consider the packing materials
Ensure accurate inventory counts and document all movement of products in and out of the warehouse
Control WH operational tasks in terms of warehouse transactions; image; tidiness, safety and security and cooperate with other concerned department.
Review and prepare the physical cycle count on the stored items and report the result daily/ monthly/quarterly and engages in physical count.
