Perform problem management
and incident correlation on re-occurring issues; suggest and document
workarounds and solutions.
Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of knowledge and experience in VMware and storage systems, data protection, and systems security across multiple redundant data centers.
ITIL Foundation, ITIL Transition, and ITIL Operation certificates are a plus.
Experience in VMware infrastructure
Knowledge of storage hardware technologies, IBM, EMC and/or HP.
Knowledge of SAN fabric technologies (Brocade or Cisco MDS) is preferred.
