Visual Merchandiser - Sanitary ware and lighting

Job Context: The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing attractive displays, ensuring product visibility, and promoting our brand's quality and functionality. This role is key in driving sales and maintaining a strong brand presence in retail spaces.

The position involves:

• Create visually appealing and functional displays for sanitary products (e.g., faucets, toilets, sinks) in retail stores and showrooms.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the display aligns with promotional campaigns and company goals.
• Ensure that all displays reflect the company’s brand standards, using consistent color schemes, design elements, and signage.
• Incorporate both aesthetics and practicality, focusing on the hygienic, durable, and modern aspects of sanitary products
• Use floor plans and space optimization strategies to maximize product visibility and customer engagement.
• Design modular displays that can be adapted for different retail spaces and updated for seasonal promotions or new product launches.
• Coordinate with the store staff to ensure the displays are always well-stocked and presented neatly.
• Monitor stock levels and suggest product rotation to keep the displays fresh and engaging.

We are Looking for:

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a visual merchandiser, preferably in the home improvement or sanitary products industry.
• Familiarity with retail environments and display setups.
• Strong creative design skills with the ability to create attractive and functional displays.
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring displays are neat, consistent, and appealing to customers.
• Comfortable with physically demanding tasks such as lifting, arranging, and moving displays or products.
