We`re seeking a Personal Assistant to join our Client`s company in the Mental Healthcare and Therapy clinical Industry - Expected Job Role:
Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare detailed itineraries
Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
Coordinate meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems and records
Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively offer solutions
-Years of Experience: Not less than 5 years of personal assistant
-Employment terms: Full-Time Remote
-Main Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Discretion in handling confidential information
-Skills and Competencies:
Excellent Communication skills.
Self-motivated.
Fast worker with the ability to work well under stress.
Proficiency level of English and Arabic (Speaking & Writing)

-Working Conditions: 5 days per week ( can be stretched to 6 days per week when needed) Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Needs to be flexible -Preferred Location: Any Location -Benefits, Allowances, Commission, Bonus: Laptop, Mobile, Internet will be provided if needed -Industry: Healthcare
