CardoO seeks a highly creative and collaborative Videographer and Video Editor to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video, a keen eye for detail, and a strong ability to work in a team environment. This role will involve conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content, including engaging reels, for various marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit videos for various marketing campaigns, including social media, websites, product launches, and engaging reels.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative video concepts that align with brand objectives and target audience.
- Demonstrate exceptional creativity in your video storytelling and editing techniques.
- Operate camera equipment and lighting setups to capture professional-quality footage.
- Utilize video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create visually appealing and high-quality reels that resonate with our audience.
- Ensure video content adheres to brand guidelines and style standards.
- Stay up-to-date with video trends and technologies, including reel creation best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Video Production, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Videographer and Editor with a strong portfolio of creative and engaging video work, including reels.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Excellent knowledge of camera equipment and lighting techniques.
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to translate creative concepts into visually compelling videos.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced digital marketing environment is a plus.
- Delivering tasks on deadline alongside keeping a secure backlog of “work-in-progress” and "finished" projects that are accessible to the rest of the team and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrates a growth mindset and a strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- Is proactive in seeking out opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
- Prior experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced startup is preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in English is a must
