NOK Human Capital is hiring "Vendor Operations" for one of the biggest multinational E-commerce companies.
Located in Maadi.
Contract duration: 1 year.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the end to end process of placing the POs, forecasting and assessing stock requirements, sharing POs with vendors and Fulfillment Centre Supply Chain teams to manage the delivery dates
Ensure the POs meet the required approvals according to the company financial approval matrix
Follow up with Procurement and vendors to confirm on the submitted PO quantities, and ensure orders delivery at the assigned date & time
Ensure weekly PO quantities receiving per category is aligned with the weekly forecast with minimum variance
Assist on vendor operational improvement (stock updates, efficiency, fill rates, lead times), systematic forecasting, efficiency improvement with vendors and within the fulfillment centers.
Basic qualifications
1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience using Excel and other business analytic tools
Preferred qualifications
Experience with software and editing tools (including HTML, Excel and SQL)
Experience in online retail
Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL or HTML
