Role Overview: The Vendor Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end acqusition & onboarding process for new vendors.


This role requires strong project management, communication, and organizational skills to ensure a smooth and eBicient onboarding experience. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments, including procurement, operations, and finance, to support vendor integration and maintain high standards of vendor performance. Key Responsibilities:


• Vendor Acquisition: Work with the marketing and performance teams to deliver vendor acqusition campaigns, ensuring to recruit enough vendors to meet company targets.


• Vendor Onboarding: Manage the complete onboarding process for new vendors, including documentation, system setup, training and product listing creation. Ensure vendors have a shipping method setup either self fulfillment or through Tut shipping.


• Vendor Activation: Ensure vendors are objectively activated once onboarded by receiving their first order.


• Contract negotiation: Own contract negotiation with vendors, negotiate commercial terms to achieve revenue and margin targets, while ensuring brands comply to our operational policies.


• Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with new vendors to ensure a positive onboarding experience and foster long-term partnerships.


• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the onboarding process for greater eBiciency and eBectiveness. Own vendor life time value and propose diBerent intiatives to improve life time value like improving month on month retention of improving average order value.


• Compliance: Ensure all vendors meet company standards and compliance requirements during the onboarding process.


• Training and Support: Provide training and support to new vendors on company systems, processes, and expectation to cut down time to first order.


• Coordination: o Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, finance, product, supply chain, to facilitate vendor onboarding and integration. o Work within the commercial department with International Sales Manager to ensure alignment on selection mix.


• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of newly onboarded vendors to ensure they meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.


• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor onboarding activities and documentation.


• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the onboarding process.


• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on vendor onboarding status and performance to senior
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):


• Vendor Recruitment: o # of leads o Cost per lead


• Vendor Oboarding: o # of live vendors o Average time take to onboard live vendor o Percentage of vendors meeting compliance requirements during onboarding o Training EJectiveness Assessment of vendor readiness and understanding post-training, vendor assessment test, # of raised tickets post onboarding per vendor


• Vendor Activation: o No of transacting vendors o Time to first order, o Number of orders in first 30 days, o No of orders per merchan per month.


• Vendor Retention (first 3 months): o Vendor NPS o Average ticket resolution time o Orders growth, o GMV growth o Tut Take rate o Vendor retention rate o Discounts to vendor


• Team productivity: Revenue per employee
