Role Profile
- Leading discovery and design workshops including estimating, scoping and delivering customer proposals aligned with Analytics Solutions.
- Develop testing solutions and scenarios to assure proactive monitoring and instant detection of service degradation and outages.
- Generate reports from raw data and system logs to provide insights, revenue generating opportunities and precursors for KPIs enhancement.
- Design E2E full reporting models including standard KPIs and development of in-house metrics to assure timely manner issues detection and proactive monitoring.
- Collaborate with third-party infrastructure providers to deliver seamless connectivity solutions.
- Develop and enhance business solutions tailored to client needs in the telecom space.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams and clients as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Core Competencies & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication/Computer Engineering from a reputable university
- 3+ years of experience in relevant areas like cloud development, design, administration or change management.
- Strong knowledge of messaging protocols and architecture.
- Experience in Data Quality management: measure and manage data quality and provide data assurance.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience in leading discovery and design workshops including estimating, scoping and delivering customer proposals aligned with Analytics Solutions
- Experience with one or more relevant tools (Sqoop, Flume, Kafka, Oozie, Hue, Zookeeper, HCatalog, Solr, Avro, Parquet, Iceberg, Hudi)
- Experience developing software and data engineering code in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, PySpark, Node, etc)
- AWS and other Data and AI aligned Certifications
- Excellent Microsoft office hands-on knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
