. Building a Seamless B2B Digital Experience for Vhub
● Responsible for delivering maximal value & alignment with corporate strategy, owns the product roadmap, value proposition, & product vision.
● Responsible for building a seamless customer Centric digital experience for our digital solutions portfolio by working in collaboration with the customer experience & design teams to establish requirements.
● Achieving squad objectives, contributing to the overall performance of the Tribe and delivering customers and business value.
● Grooming and prioritizing product backlog
● Acting as the liaison between teams and stakeholders
● Ability to apply Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Analytical Thinking to decide the optimum features to be added to product backlog and prioritize it to select what should be implemented first to achieve targets and maximize the value.
● Monitor products performance
2. Develop and Manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of Vhub.
● Enhance brand awareness in the digital space.
● Track website traffic and other metrics
● Keep up with trends and Identify and evaluate new digital technologies to optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools.
● Build and manage rich contents like blog posts, webinars, infographics, reports, etc. which attracts qualified traffic.
● Optimize lead nurturing process and marketing automation with stakeholders through content, social channels, and email.
• Drive marketing segments, Sales to achieve all targeted financial KPI’s.
• Liaise between all internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure a successful launch for marketing campaigns across different social channels.
• Prepare GTM plan to launch the product with the marketing team
3. Build & develop value propositions
• Understand the customer’s experience, to identify and fill product gaps
• Develop new value-adding propositions that meet defined market needs as well as upgrading and taking to completion existing proposition ideas from colleagues
• Empower presales & sales functions providing all teams with clear proposition outline documentation enabling them to develop highly effective launch campaigns
1. High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
2. Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
3. Strong Knowledge of different digital marketing tools like adobe analytics, etc
4. Strong commercial background
5. Strong stakeholder & time management skills.
1. Bachelor’s degree in business informatics, technology-based management, computer science, information systems, or related field
2. 5+ years of experience in digital product management, eCommerce or similar role digital Marketing experience.
3. Excellent quantitative data analysis and critical thinking skills
4. Excellent knowledge of B2B marketplaces
