As a UX designer at Incorta, you’ll transform complex requirements into clean and intuitive design solutions. YOU WILL
Collaborate with end users, product managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to define problems and translate complex concepts into clean, understandable Consider influencing factors within the platform ecosystem to create seamless user experiences. Take ownership of design projects, guiding features from concept to production. Clearly articulate design decisions and craft compelling stories that illustrate how your solutions solve user problems and enhance their journey. Build wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to communicate with stakeholders and gather feedback. Oversee the design process from user research to release (and beyond), helping to create and maintain the design system. Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve design solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure cutting-edge design approaches.
YOU HAVE
3+ years of experience in design, with a portfolio showcasing shipped products for enterprise and SaaS solutions. Data analytics/management tools experience is a plus! A passion for solving problems and an eagerness to tackle complex challenges through design. A deep curiosity about understanding users and the technology behind the product. Expertise in a specific design discipline (such as research or interaction) while possessing strong knowledge of other design areas. An obsession with feedback, displaying grace and gratitude for it as a means to improve your craft. The ability to play the devil’s advocate, asking insightful questions to challenge assumptions. Proficiency with various design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Zeplin, etc. Clear and concise written communication skills with the ability to articulate questions effectively.
