Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and manage utility systems to support manufacturing operations.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on utility systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to utility systems to minimize downtime.
Optimize the performance and efficiency of utility systems to reduce energy consumption and operational costs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to support production needs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, system performance, and regulatory compliance.
Lead or participate in projects to upgrade or expand utility systems as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in utility engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, compressed air, steam, water treatment, and electrical distribution systems.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
