Utilities Practice Manager
Job Description
Responsible for building and leading a team for each of his practices. Development of new offerings. Support in Business Development plan with commercial team. Direct practice leads to be ready for coming business. Work with practice leads on enhancement plans to automate the work and optimize the performance of MS delivery model.
Personal Skills
Proven ability to lead and manage teams, particularly in a managerial role. Competence in managing teams and projects from a distance. Ability to manage and communicate effectively with individuals from different nationalities. Skills in leading a team of managers and a larger team of personnel (40-50). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships within and outside the organization.
Technical Skills
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of practice activities within relevant projects and contracts.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of practices.
• Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in the field.
• Participate in initiatives and research & development (R&D) as needed.
• Act as the technical expert on projects, addressing and resolving any issues that arise.
• Develop technical tools for knowledge storage and retrieval, continuously update the knowledge base, and encourage team usage.
