As part of a short-term project, we are seeking a skilled UI/UX Optimization Specialist to help us elevate our website’s usability, ensure seamless navigation, and align its design with modern trends.Job DescriptionThis project focuses on evaluating and improving the website’s UI/UX to create a visually appealing and user-friendly digital platform.Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Analysis:Conduct a comprehensive review of the website to assess usability, design consistency, and user navigation.Identify pain points in the user journey and propose actionable improvements.Design Enhancement:Develop and present innovative UI/UX design concepts that align with the brand identity and user expectations.Collaborate with developers to implement the proposed design updates efficiently.Usability Testing:Conduct user testing sessions to gather insights and feedback on the website’s functionality and overall experience.Iterate on designs based on test results to ensure optimal usability.Market Research & Trends:Benchmark the website against competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.QualificationsExcellent command of EnglishProven experience in UI/UX design and optimization, preferably with a portfolio of similar project-based work.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate feedback into actionable design changes.Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
