UI/UX Designer

UI/UX Designer to join our team and help create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. • User Research and Analysis

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

• Analyze user feedback, analytics, and market trends to inform design decisions.

• Create user personas, journey maps, and scenarios to guide design processes.

• UI/UX Design

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.

• Develop user flows and interaction designs that enhance usability and engagement.

• Ensure designs are visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.

• Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements.

• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

• Present design ideas and solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.

• Usability Testing and Iteration

• Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design effectiveness.

• Gather and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs continuously.

• Stay updated with UI/UX trends and best practices to ensure innovative designs.

• Design Systems and Standards

• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
• Ensure accessibility and responsiveness in all designs to meet diverse user needs.
