Job Title:
Treasury & Requisition Operation Supervisor
Job Description:
The Treasury & Requisition Operation Supervisor is responsible for reviewing all company purchase requests (PRs) related to workers, transportation, and materials. The role ensures accurate tracking of expenses, prepares periodic financial and operational reports, and manages the follow-up on company vehicles and their maintenance. Additionally, the supervisor monitors all financial covenants and ensures proper documentation for expenses.
Job Mission:
To ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting, proper management of company resources, and smooth operational processes.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Review and approve all purchase requests (workers, transportation, materials).
2. Ensure accurate tracking and allocation of expenses.
3. Prepare periodic reports for financial and operational activities.
4. Monitor company vehicles, their movements, and maintenance schedules.
5. Follow up on financial covenants and ensure all supporting documents are received.
6. Identify and address any issues related to expenses or operations.
Job Requirements:
1. Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Skills:
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to solve problems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication skills.
3. Other Requirements:
• Ability to work under pressure.
• High level of accuracy and responsibility.
