EgyBell is hiring Treasury Manager for one of the leading furniture manufacturing companies in the Middle East and Africa
Job Purpose:
As a treasury manager is responsible for managing the financial and monetary aspects of a business, which includes cash flow, liquidity, funding, and relationships with financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the company’s cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations. Develop strategies for cash management, investments, and financial planning. Oversee the company’s banking relationships and negotiate terms for credit facilities. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Conduct risk assessments and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate exposure. Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for senior management. Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and support business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus. 10-15 years of experience in treasury management or a related financial role. Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and risk management. Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and MS Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Very good time management and problem solving skills. Analytical thinking and Conceptual thinking Leadership skills.
