YOUR ROLE

• Understand and manage Treasury and cash management processes, including monthly closing and reporting steps for Henkel Egypt, simplify and digitalize the processes.
• Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational, debt support and capital investment requirements.
• Evaluate and explore facilities opportunities and fees.
• Manage credit facility arrangements with banks, including ensuring company stays in compliance with debt covenants.
• Prepare short-and medium-term cash forecasts for the business.
• Negotiate pricing and terms and conditions with banks.
• Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities.
• Provide requested information and analysis to Henkel's external and internal audit teams, while supporting and coordinate requests from external auditors.

YOUR EXPERINCES

• CTP or a Master's degree in business with accounting concentration is a plus.
• A minimum of 8 years of treasury experience.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and master new systems and processes, to understand and resolve issues, and to lead projects and drive changes.
• Able to multi-task, but still stay organized with open topics.
• SAP experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with all levels of management and global colleagues.
• Key contributor to tactical implementation of finance strategy
