Work Location: Cairo, Egypt.


TheTreasury and Payroll Departmaent Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s treasury and payroll operations, ensuring efficient financial management, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. This role involves managing banking transactions, payroll processing, and financial reporting while supporting the overall financial health and stability of the organization.


Key Accountabilities
  • Review, authorize, and execute all online banking transactions for the company's entities.


  • Open new bank accounts, close unnecessary ones, and manage user permissions.


  • Oversee banking facilities, finalize contracts, and ensure adequate cash flow.


  • Authorize payroll and commission payments for all company entities.


  • Authorize online payments to suppliers, rents, employee benefits, government bills, etc.


  • Integrate and manage domestic and international banking operations.


  • Review and execute foreign transactions for international suppliers.


  • Manage Employee Benefits and Treasury departments, resolving issues and maintaining a healthy work environment.


Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.


  • Professional certification (CTP, CPA) preferred.


  • Minimum 5 years in treasury and payroll management.


  • Proven experience in cash management, financial reporting, and payroll processing.


  • Proficiency in financial management software and payroll systems.


  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, payroll laws, and tax compliance.


  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.


  • Excellent analytical skills for interpreting complex financial data.


  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.


  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


  • High integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.


  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information responsibly.
