As Treasury Analyst
, your mission will be to be responsible for the daily management of treasury operations and financial activities.
You will also be responsible for:
Review settlement and remittance amounts and ensure correct execution of FX operations; Execute FX hedges to manage risks; Perform necessary banking transactions such as transfers and payments; Manage and report accounts payables, including payments, reconciliation, and write-offs; Assist in monthly closing activities, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up to date for internal reporting; Act as a liaison between the local office and global treasury team; working closely with EBANX Director in Egypt; Support for bank and FX providers relationships across the African region, including account opening, maintenance, and banking products required for daily operations.
What we are looking for:
1-3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or banking, preferably in the fintech sector; Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Strong understanding of Egyptian banking practices, financial markets, currency exchanges; High proficiency in MS Excel; Strong attention to detail; Problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude; Comfortable working independently while being an active part of a global team; Proficiency in Arabic and English is required. Portuguese and Spanish are added advantage.
