We are searching for a dynamic Trade Marketing Executive to join a leading Company in the field of Alcoholic Beverages. The selected candidate will be accountable for executing trade marketing strategies that drive product visibility and increase market share across various channels.Key Responsibilities:• POS Material Distribution: Take ownership of the seamless distribution, installation, and retrieval of marketing and sales support materials across key events, horeca outlets, retail outlets, and activations. • Strategic POS Deployment: Ensure the accurate placement and timely deployment of POS materials, working closely with the sales team to guarantee compliance with contractual agreements and maximizing brand visibility. • Inventory Management: Maintain efficient control of POS inventory, ensuring the continuous availability of materials and their replenishment in accordance with business needs and budget allocation. • Event and activations logistics: Oversee the delivery and setup of products and marketing materials at events and activations, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to set KPIs.• On-the-Ground Engagement: Conduct regular visits to designated outlets, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring excellent in-store execution of marketing activities. • Relationship Development: Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with all critical personnel in the designated areas, acting as a liaison between the company and partners. • Brand Footprint Expansion: Develop and execute tailored trade marketing plans that effectively increase the brand’s presence and visibility in outlets, considering both outlet and brand segmentation to maximize reach.• Trade Activation Coordination: Lead the coordination of trade activation programs, activations, and events across multiple channels, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives. • Data Collection & Reporting: Collect and compile key reports, including sales trackers, and activity evaluations, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. • Performance Analysis & Recommendations: Regularly assess the effectiveness of marketing activities and promotions, offering valuable suggestions for optimization and better alignment with market needs. • Market & Competitor Insights: Keep a close eye on market trends and competitor activities, providing timely insights to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the competition. • Budget Management & KPIs: Oversee the trade marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Develop and (KPIs) for all trade marketing activities, providing comprehensive reporting on activity performance and market impact.
