Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture key customer accounts in Spanish-speaking regions.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Tagaddod’s services.
  • Conduct regular reviews and provide clients with insights and recommendations to improve their operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
