Total Rewards Specialist
Job Description
The Total Rewards Specialist supports the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, recognition programs, and other reward systems that attract, retain, and motivate employees in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities :-
Support the design and administration of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and market analysis. Assist in the development and execution of recognition and reward programs as well as employee benefits. Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders on salary adjustments, promotions, and incentive programs requests. Submit monthly reports related to monthly activities. Support the annual salary review, bonus cycle, and performance management processes. Ensure all total rewards programs are compliant with local laws and regulations. Prepare reporting and analysis for senior management on compensation and benefits trends. Ensure data accuracy and support in data validation to ensure accurate data submission. Contribute to total rewards communications to promote understanding and engagement.

Data Analysis & reporting skills using data reporting tools.

Knowledge of Egyptian/Saudi Tax law.
Knowledge of Egyptian/Saudi Labor law
Excellent Excel knowledge.
