Raya Auto; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Tires Sales Manager (Passenger / TBR / OTR Range)
What will you do?
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in Passenger, TBR, and OTR tire segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, wholesalers, and fleet managers to meet sales figures
Lead, train, and manage the sales team to meet performance goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with major clients for sustainable partnerships.
Coordinate with supply chain to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely deliveries.
Analyze sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.
What will you need?
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the tire industry, focusing on Passenger, TBR, and OTR segments.
Minimum 2 years of experience in management
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
