Job Summary: The TA Engagement Lead acts as the primary point of contact to the TA under responsibility. The TA Engagement Lead is responsible for co-creating, managing and delivering on all the marketing strategies and promotional activities for assigned to Therapy Area. This role is responsible for ensuring the Total TA is performing inline with the cluster objectives. This role involves a combination of leadership capabilities, strategic mindset, medical knowledge and customer relationship management. As well as ensuring execution excellence through guiding and coaching his/her Product Specialists to improve their efficiency to achieve optimum performance of both Sales and Non-Sales KPIs in full compliance alignment with Pfizer Values, Global Guidelines (including MAPP, FCPA), policies, and SOP’s.
