Role Purpose

The Terminals Go-to-Market Specialist is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for a company's terminal products. through interacting with internal departments, external partners, and commercial channels. In addition to Identifying market needs, develop product positioning, and create marketing campaigns to drive sales.




Job Profile
  • Develop GTM strategies that includes identifying market opportunities, analyzing competition, and creating product positioning that resonates with target audiences.
  • Managing the seasonal calendar in terms of promotional concept, execution plan, and timelines. Working closely with marketing team, digital team and internal stakeholders to ensure that all seasonal campaigns are executed successfully and on time.
  • Create and execute launch plans for new products, collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Responsible for creating marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and purchase intent. Work closely with teams to develop messaging, and campaigns that are effective across a variety of mediums.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of go -to-market strategies and tactics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct market research and analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts to drive better results.


Competencies and Qualifications
  • 0-2 Years’ experience in Sales or Marketing field
  • Time and project management skills including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Have a strong background in marketing, with experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills, analyze market data and sales metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or Marketing 
  • Product Management of Smart-Tech Products
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent Presentation skills 
  • Excellent Negotiation skills
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong proficiency in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel
  • Strong proficiency in presentation tools including Microsoft PowerPoint

Additional skills


  • Advanced level of knowledge of the Mobile handsets, accessories, TVs and Laptops industry, latest technologies and updates is an advantage.
  • Understands and lives the concepts of business confidentiality, ownership and customer delight.

  • University degree, related to business (e.g. Business Administration, Marketing, Sales).
