Tender Processing and Submission
Responsible for the preparation and submission of all related documentation
Act as the focal point of contact and coordination for all tender processes: Responsible for review, submission, pre and post award follow up Reviewing all customer tender requests to successfully identify all Pfizer related molecules in cooperation with NAM Colleagues.
Preparing SQ’s with supported documents and follow their application
Coordinating communications with all stakeholders to ensure timely submission including:+ Supply: Product availability
+ Commercial: Pricing and other comparative analysis
+ Pricing / Access: Approval and cross-country referencing
+ Regulatory: Documentation
+ Finance: Approval, Profitability & Documentation
+ Distributors: Submission requirements like bid bond and samples
Proactively monitoring customer behaviors/trends to maximize opportunities Collaborate with stakeholders including legal while finalizing the contracts
Process improvement
Provide support in implementation of Tender & Contracting (T&C) strategy for all the markets, working in close collaboration with ELI Tender Manager.
Coordinate the T&C business across all relevant involved functions such as Access & Value (MAx & Pricing), PGS, Finance, BT, Regulatory and Commercial teams.
Assess Growth opportunities working closely with commercial colleagues considering market potential, trends and Pfizer capabilities
Align T&C Business with Operating Plan, PGS planning and Forecasting process
Coordinate with supply chain management to ensure reliable supply
Reporting and data analysis – Information to support decision making
Proactively provide reports and analysis to the leadership team on tender performance, potential shortcomings and areas of opportunity
Anticipate trends in the T&C business and continuously build up market and pricing intelligence
Establish robust T&C calendar at market level / Institutions Build a tracking system for all bids capturing outcome, success ratio, prices, quantities, key terms including competitor information
Report Tender performance by market and BU using an evolution, growth % and external benchmarks available. Coordinate with KAMs
Provide “To Market Sales” estimates to ELI Tender Manager monthly with analysis
Operations & Coordination – Shipment planning
Responsible to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on the outcome of the complete tenders’ cycle from quotation to award to supply and to planning
Responsible for coordinating with concerned colleagues (GLS/NAM/SMs) on order fulfillment and the monthly shipment plan of Institutional customers every month against the budget, stock position and orders delivery schedule. Follow up action to optimize the stock availability across markets avoiding stock outs / delayed penalty charges Participate in the monthly planning and sales operations activities to monitor inventory levels and the stock hygiene of Institutions Understand and coordinate regulatory requirements related to supply function Work closely with NAMs for the IMS monthly report / estimate versus Target Support budgeting and forecasting process

Experience and Knowledge
Scientific bachelor’s degree pharmaceutical / Medical and/or related to pharmaceutical industry Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical / Medical and/or related to pharmaceutical industry with a strong commercial focus; working in a matrix environment Track record of focus on results with a high commitment to quality and performance Demonstrated ability to plan and execute with detailed implementation Experience and demonstrated results working and leading in multi-national, multi-cultural environments Strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills Fluent in written and spoken English & Arabic.
